Can I get a free sample?
Yes, samples are free. Tell us the diameter, plating and construction you need and we will confirm what we can send.
How fast do you reply?
Within 12 hours, allowing for the time difference with China, and often within 30 minutes.
Can you make wire to my drawing?
Yes. Diameter, tolerance, plating thickness, strand count and lay length are set per order. Send your drawing or specification sheet and we will confirm it before we quote.
What is the lead time for a bulk order?
20 to 30 days after we receive the deposit, depending on specification and quantity.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% deposit with the order and 70% against a copy of the bill of lading. We accept T/T and L/C.
What if there is a quality problem?
Tell us within 3 working days of delivery, with photos and the lot number. If our inspection confirms the fault is ours, we arrange the return and replacement and pay the freight. Details are in our terms.
Can I audit the factory?
Yes. We can walk you through the lines on a live video call, or you can visit in person. For on-site audits we pick you up from the airport in China at no cost.
What documents ship with the order?
A quality inspection report with every batch. A specification sheet comes with your quote, and RoHS and REACH reports and our ISO certificates are available on request.
How do you pack for export?
Spools are wrapped in kraft paper and film, held in place with foam or wooden frames, and shipped in wooden cases. Sea, air and courier shipping are all available.
